We are thought leaders, creators, connectors, problem solvers, strategic navigators, and communicators. Still, we are people first, people who share a planet with others and want our work to impact our communities beyond the companies we directly serve.
Spinkar's charitable contributions are employee-driven. Our crew presents non-profits of particular interest they feel are having a real impact on their community. Our team is a family, and that culture rallies everyone to support a charity brought forth by one of their own.

Be it food, clothing and shelter, or programs and education, we support the core dimensions of a child’s wellbeing. By teaming with recognized charities and direct community involvement, we act as a catalyst to get resources to children who need it most.

Heartly House
The mission of Heartly House is to end domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and child abuse, and to provide victims with safety, shelter, and supportive services.
Amazi Water
The dream of clean water for every community in Burundi.
Childrens Tumor Foundation
NF is a group of genetic disorders that causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body. The Children's Tumor Foundation's mission is to drive research, expand knowledge, and advance care for the NF community.
Operation Underground Railroad
Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.) has made a significant impact in the fight to end sex trafficking and sexual exploitation by assisting in rescuing and supporting thousands of survivors in 30 countries and 50 U.S. states. Our approach is adapted to geographical location, the needs of survivors, and best practices in the field.
