Challenges: Vixxo came to us with a product messaging challenge. They were struggling to position a complex product and service offering and needed a simplified message that both the internal and external audience could easily understand.
Outcome: After conducting interviews with key stakeholders, diving into their buyer personas, and understanding the competitive landscape, we were able to capture a clear understanding of their unique selling points and create an impactful value proposition for their product and service offering along with targeted messaging for each buyer persona.
